Lived here almost 4 years and its been a very peaceful and nice community
If I could leave no stars I would. The front office is generally nice, but the people living here are not. If you move close to apartment 1899 apt. E….watch out. All she does is watch her neighbors and make complaints. She was caught by another neighbor of ours digging through our stuff. And the leasing office is ok with this. I promise I’m being 100% truthful…. Don’t rent from Oak valley!! It’ll be the worst decision that you ever made!!!
Moved here from Columbus 2 yrs ago and haven’t had any issues as of yet, very peaceful, quiet and everyone stay to themselves. Only slight issues I have is that I was approved for a screen door months ago and it hasn’t been installed yet, it would be nice to come home from work and have my door open and relax instead of feeling closed in. Other then that it alright not over priced I think the rent is decent compared to what I paid in Columbus
