Worst apartment complex ever. No maintenance at all, incredibly rude staff, stamps checks late on purpose in order to try to charge late fees, unwilling to provide any help under any scenario. I cannot express enough, do not try to move here
They do not return calls for repairs. When they do repair things they use cheap products and low grade workers. They stopped picking up curbside trash even though they cater to elderly people, and it seems they don’t pay contractors for city trash pickup as well. We pay over a thousand dollars a month for nothing. There are things wrong about my apartment they don’t care about. The only thing good about the apartment is quiet area and good neighbors.
My aunts and mother came to look at an apartment for their sister, who has been trying to move from Ohio..they came to look/sign for the apartment. First off, who signs first without being able to look at the place first? Kinda sketchy if you ask me..the girl was apparently pretty curt and short with my aunts, and when they did look at the apartment, it smelled like cigarette smoke BAD. No amount of paint and new appliances can make the place smell good..if this experience straight off the bat is like this, I can’t even imag... read more
Honestly, I Love living here. Maintance is great and i love the buildings. However, i do have one complaint. They will not fix the potholes. Other resident's have complained to get them fixed, so have I. I have personally went down to the office and they simply say, we are working on it. This was 6 months ago. I don't doubt the personnel at the office have tried. But something needs to be done. It is causing traffic hold ups now, and is dangerous. People do not want accidents and do not want blown tires,mind you these pothol... read more
