I’ve been trying to contact someone for a very long time, does no one work here?? By the reviews it seems like I’m not the only one. How unfortunate that a crappy company was added to the Griswold community.
I am currently a tenant here I give one star for my apt I love it just wish I could pick it up and move it I have been here 5 yrs and it's turning into a project I am disabled and elderly and took a very bad fall in June at the time it happened I could not get ahold of anyone in the office because they never answer the phone I finally got ahold of the onsite Case Mgr and she got ahold of property management the fire and EMTs were just about to break down my door and they showed with a key I was told it was a privilege that t... read more
This place is absolutely impossible to get in touch with. My fiancé and I have been calling for months, left messages, sent emails, and even showed up in person nobody ever answers the phone, replies to emails, or is there when you go by. It’s beyond unprofessional and shows zero respect for people’s time.
