No one answers phones. No employees present during “business hours”.
Upsetting to put a one star when this apartment is so beautiful and everything I wanted. Unfortunately we went through the whole process with a move in date set.. move in day comes and I hear NOTHING. Never answered the phones or updated us through email. Just recently got in contact and was told they were unaware of our situation when they had all of our files and personal information. Please look elsewhere if you are trying to find your first home.

Don't waste time applying unless you make 4x the required rent. Even then that might not be enough. I am disabled and can't work like a normal healthy person so my rent is taken care of. They said that's not proof of income and thats not enough. Full rent, paid for, by the VA, EVERY month guaranteed, and that's not acceptable. I understand having requirements but when your apartments are losing people by the 10s you shouldn't be picky, especially when you have guaranteed payments.
