This place is absolutely impossible to get in touch with. My fiancé and I have been calling for months, left messages, sent emails, and even showed up in person — nobody ever answers the phone, replies to emails, or is there when you go by. It’s beyond unprofessional and shows zero respect for people’s time.
No one answers phones. No employees present during “business hours”.
Upsetting to put a one star when this apartment is so beautiful and everything I wanted. Unfortunately we went through the whole process with a move in date set.. move in day comes and I hear NOTHING. Never answered the phones or updated us through email. Just recently got in contact and was told they were unaware of our situation when they had all of our files and personal information. Please look elsewhere if you are trying to find your first home.
