I would like to give Meghan martin and Jason of the maintenance team a huge shout out for always keeping the park clean..They are always prompt when needing anything and they do it with respect and a smile, that is truly appreciated, also a shout out to Jody the park manager for being so productive in cleaning up Delhi Manor. We are honored to be a part of a yes community.
I have reached out to your cooperation, with no return contact. I am filing a complaint on two of your properties, Woodlake Mobile Home Park, Greensboro, NC and Autumn MHP, Brown Summit, NC. I was working with Missy Newkirk, Chassidy (I thinks that is the correct name) and the administrator (I don't know his name) at Woodlake MHP. Crappy mobile homes.crappy neighbors and Crappy management. STRAY CATS EVERYWHERE. I would never recommend living in Twinleaf at all. The office manger if to nosey and lazy as hell. The fact the office manger doesn’t know how to talk to people. When the office is closed a lot of the time the office manager is still in the office during all type of weird hours all through the night. It’s even worse when it comes to the inexperienced maintenance men and them doing their job. Worst place ever to live. Water is undrinkable and always on boil notice. They pick and choose which residents have to follow the rules of the park. Management is horrible do not fix things that need to be fixed. Loose your paperwork and then say you are not complying. Threaten eviction none stop even when rent is paid in full. Make up reasons to write you up. Do nothing with the people causing trouble and pulling guns on other residents. NEVER LIVE HERE. RUN AWAY FAST
The One Thing I Despise About This Place IS . They have a thing called Gold Key where they give you 24 hour notice that the maintenance man will be entering the premises to check various things witch is GOOD don't get me wrong BUT 3 or 4 times a year is a bit much LMHA don't invade your privacy that MUCH and there's ALWAYS SOMEONE DIFFERENT ENTERING YOUR SPACE I DON'T LIKE THAT.. Unless you don't mine having your water tuned 2X a month, then I would recommend a different mobile home park.
I've written several reviews about Amherst Ridge Mobile home Community but-- OMG THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT PERIOD!! I previously wrote I'd seen the good, the bad & the ugly, unfortunately I have NVR in my 63 yrs of life dealt with what just happened in the last few days. A neighbor habitually PLAYS HER MUSIC SO VERY LOUD, I CAN NOT SIT IN MY LIVING ROOM to watch my TV without the CONSTANT BAM...BAM....BAM...BAM OF THEIR CRAZY DISRESPECTFUL & RIDICULOUSLY LOUD MUSIC.
