I had a great experience at Oak Tree Surgical Center! All the staff and nurses were very respectful, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They were always energetic, kind, and smiling, even though we all know their job is not easy. Your dedication and positive attitude truly make a difference. Keep up the great work—you are all our heroes!

I was there today for my Family member’s colonoscopy and they asked me to pay 700$ up front. I requested the code to confirm with insurance just to find I had zero copay. It was my first experience with this facility and doctor, so I didn’t make a big deal but least the person should have done was checked with insurance before asking 700$ and apologized for her ignorance. That didn’t happen and it feels like a planned scheme to scam gullible patients.

My first experience here and with the doctor.the entire staff were excellent,comforting,informative,efficient and accommodating to all my needs,besides making the experience fun,social and very comfortable for my anxiety.they explained every detail in full and asked me for my responses as well. Ghosted by Oak Tree Surgery Center and Dr. Chintan Modi. I had an EGD procedure performed on 4/28/26 with anesthesia (Dr. Ritholz not sure of spelling). It was a routine scope with minimal findings and no carcinoma. That night was a sleepless one, and I was also still groggy from the anesthesia almost 24 hours later. A nurse from Oak Tree Surgery Center called me that day to see how I was feeling. I told her that I was still feeling the effects of the anesthesia and that I didn’t sleep well that night.
