Ghosted by Oak Tree Surgery Center and Dr. Chintan Modi. I had an EGD procedure performed on 4/28/26 with anesthesia (Dr. Ritholz not sure of spelling). It was a routine scope with minimal findings and no carcinoma. That night was a sleepless one, and I was also still groggy from the anesthesia almost 24 hours later. I mean, for having to go in for a medical procedure, this was probably the best experience one could hope for. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. I’ve also never received a thank‑you note from a medical team before, which gave me a laugh when I found it with my outpatient documents, but it was also a really nice touch. Communication was fast as well, and I received follow‑up both the day after and again the next week with my test results.
My loved one completed a procedure performed by Dr. Modi this morning, and the experience was great. Everyone at the office was extremely professional, organized and kind. Thank you, Oak Tree Surgery Center!
Unbelievably Fantastic experience! Everyone is super friendly, efficient, attentive, knowledgeable and patient. The prep and procedure went super smooth with all of the staff / doctors working seamlessly together like a well oiled machine :) I asked for everyone’s names because I wanted to rave about how wonderful everyone was at Oak Tree Surgery center.
