After buying and selling two homes I’ve never had to have a septic inspection done. That being said the thought of it was kinda nerve wrecking being that it could make or break a sale. Matt came out and aside from being friendly he was forthcoming and thorough. Once all the tests were complete he explained everything to me in detail and walked me through the findings step by step.
