First time I went, I received a great haircut but these last few times, I did not. She will no longer receive another penny from me. Her inability to listen to my wants and needs is what brought me to type up this review. I asked for a specific trim and was basically told no, all because she said I'm not military. I didn't realize I had to be in the military, to get a high fade. I asked for a specific cut, using specific size blades but that didn't happen. I got my hair cut by Ock for the first time and was so pleased! She gave me a super cute haircut. I got tons of complements and she is and absolutely amazing lady with a huge heart! I highly recommend her!

Mrs. Oak is amazing. She has 40 years of experience and is professional and honest about pricing and your hair. This was my second time with her, and I am always satisfied with my hair. I had a Japanese straight perm (permanent), and this is how my hair looks two weeks later—just air-dried after shampooing—no blowout. Highly recommend it.
