Excellent service once again from the team at Oaktree Garage! Just had an annual service along with air conditioning on our Jaguar XE. Work carried out exactly as quoted, and the car was washed too 😀. They even dropped me home in Northallerton in the morning and collected me when the vehicle was ready. Very friendly, efficient and professional customer service, and would highly recommend - we would not have anyone else service our car! Thank you very much and see you for the next one 👍

I notified the garage late on a Friday night, as they were closing, that my problem was that I had broken down that day as my alternator had packed up, and I had to be recovered to my grandaughters house that evening from Rugby. I spoke to Chris, and he said that they were very busy but he would try to fit me in, one day in the week. Had our older Mercedes in for a MAF sensor issue that had already been into another garage who weren't able to fix it. Courtesy car was available for us to use for the day whilst they diagnosed the problem and the car was ready to collect the next afternoon. They Also fixed the sticky bonnet release for us which I had completely forgotten to even mention. Top marks for them for fixing the car after the issues we had with the other garage. Very reasonably priced as well!!
