This place is terrible. I had no heat when it was 12 degrees ouside. I had no air conditioning when it was 98 outside. The candles in my apartment melted. The owners who live in California, have never been to Ky have no idea what the place even looks like. The cabinets were rotten. The toilets would not work and I was told to fix them myself. It's so gross.
This place is horrible! You get what you pay for, and since this is one of the cheaper places around you get cheap. The apartment itself was nice, but the management wasn’t. The date we planed on moving in, our apartment wasn’t ready. And we had to wait another week to a week and half. The owner was so cheap when summer came he didn’t even open the pool because of maintenance issues.
