I am extremely grateful and deeply respectful to my family doctor, who not only holdfast kindness but with his excellent medical expertise. I have been his patient since his practice in Richmond Superstore. I feel lucky to have such a good physician.
Ever since Dr. Jason Lew started practicing at the clinic inside Superstore, my grandparents and I have been seeing him. He’s honestly the most caring and responsible family doctor I’ve ever met. No matter what questions you have, he always listens patiently and takes the time to explain things clearly. I had the abysmal worst experience with the front desk too. I phoned today and want to make appointment but the front desk just keep on said "no this person in system!" She repeated more than 10 times with unfriendly tone. I just ask why we are not in system? Is the system automatically remove our information when we haven't visit for a while? How long? I had the absolute WORST experience with the front desk admin Sonia. I was helping my mom book an appointment online, however their booking system was not working (the error message notified me to call the office if it wasn't working online), I called the office and spoke with Sonia for over 20 mins, she notified us that the booking worked on her end HOWEVER, she refused to book us in because it was not an "emergency".
