The dr. Is a fraud. He charged me $20 cash to get a copy of my eye exam after my insurance covered the exam. He was upset that I was going to use my prescription to order more affordable glasses on line and not buy from him. He done the same to my father.i found it to be highly unprofessional if not illegal and desperate.
I have been getting glasses for 60 years. This is my first time with oak tree. Superb service, friendly staff, great price. Awesome folks.
It would be nice if they returned voicemails. I called three days ago to schedule an appointment and I haven’t heard anything. I guess I’m taking my business elsewhere.
