I needed a kitchen remodel and got several bids. Most of the reasonable bids were in the same price range, but I went with these guys because they seems very polite and professional. Boy was I wrong. When they bid me, they told me things like "first we'll have a sheetrock guy come out", "then we'll start building the cabinets", "then the painter will come out".
