The doctors and their entire staff are so loving and caring. I know my cat, Oreo is well cared for.
It is always tricky taking a 172lb fear aggressive Tibetan Mastiff to the vet for anything, especially for something painful like an infection. I am very grateful that Dr. Arnott and his staff understand that the big guys need to be listened to and feel respected. Not every vet or vet assistant understands that concept. It is well worth the hour-long drive to take my guy here!!

Honest and sincere...putting the health and care of our "Edson" well above profit. Companionate and patient... My son's older Rottweiler mix was seen by another vet down the boulavard. He and his wife were very trusting, only to find out they had been misdirected and led into a very expensive course of pulls and treatments. They came to Dr. Bud in Cheif's last months/weeks and were surrounded and supported with concern and consideration for the final crossing of their best friend. We have been taking our dog Peanut here for over 9 years and I am so happy that we chose them !!!!!! I trust them and know that Peanut is getting the best care possible. What an incredibly nice group of people that really care.
I have laughed here, I have cried here...OTAH is amazing. I think of the staff and doctors as family. They are kind and they are thoughtful. I'll always remember when my Ellie was a baby and so sick, how Dr. Arnott stayed with her all night and called to give me updates at 11 pm, 2, 3, 5 am because he knew how worried I was. That's when I knew I had the right Vet.
