We assumed the transfer of my father’s house to a confirmed buyer would be somewhat difficult since we needed to remotely handle nearly all of the process from info gathering to document completion and signing, and we did not want to involve a realtor if not necessary. We were very pleased when Oak Title said “we’ve got this, no worries.” Their prompt, courteous guidance and managing of all steps made the entire process a breeze for both us as the seller and the buyer.
