I just brought my mom to join the beautiful people at Oak Terrace this last Saturday... I just need to say that everyone here was so compassionate to me and my brothers emotions and truly cared about our first impression. We brought our mom from Oregon to this community because they offer just what someone with Alzheimer’s needs. It’s a home that my mom has felt as though she had never lived anywhere else before, I know she doesn’t remember the other place, but she wasn’t afraid and she feels so safe and happy and let me tell you that this speaks volumes. She is clean and the care staff cares ❤️ thank you Oak Terrace for loving my mom and treating her with respect and the dignity that everyone with this disease so deserves. To anyone that reads this and is in this life that has been handed to us , know that you need to educate yourselves about this disease and then you can truly see how caring this staff is and how educated they are about our loved ones!
