Management is poor and have favorites amongst staff members they do not have equal treatment with staff there they make it sound nice at the begining and treat you nice at the begining but end up treating you very low the workers there are very over worked and underpaid and are never heard when we talk to management of the things going on our personal items are taken out of the places where we had them and they were put in a seperate place for anyone to take freely MANAGEMENT IS NOT EQUAL AT THIS WORK PLACE!!!!

Bayside Manor is a well-cared for and clean facility. It has beautiful views of the lake. The activity department is highly involved with the community with onsite activities and events, going on outings, keeping residents busy and happy. The leadership team is always striving to do more for both residents and staff.
I would like to say as an employee at Bayside for just about 2 years, I've had the opportunity to grow with the company and learn alot. Work with some of the best staff I've ever met and most of all the residents .
