I lived at Oak Terrace for 5 years and really appreciate Cherida! She always fixed things immediately and always took care of us! I moved to Spokane recently and am reminded that no one will ever top Cherida!

While living here I made a complaint that there were things that needed fixed only some have been done I told the landlord there was mold in the apartment and she said "it's are job to clean it" she the gave me a 30 day to have it cleaned or be out by Feb 5 at noon.many other things were said to me by the landlord that should have never been said to a tenant about other tenants and the fact she hates her job. We are now having to find another place beaches the mold issue is not being handled I have talked to the health depar... read more

I have lived at the. Oak terrace Apts for over 3 years,and from the beginning to present the landlord has,gone up and above to do a great job and get things do in a timely fashion. Everything is very clean,and taken care of.and even when we have lots of snow she will come in on her weekends and make sure things are all cleared up from the snow.i would say the landlord is one of the best landlords I have had.thank you for being so prompt in getting stuff done for us.I enjoy my Apt and all the tenants are very kind and respect... read more
