O.A.K. Strength Academy has been an amazing experience for my whole family! We went to Matt mainly for my middle son to begin building muscle as he hopes to play sports in high school. While there we decided to include my younger son who has always been uncoordinated and off balance. We didn't expect my younger son to enjoy it or stick with it; but, we have been very wrong! When I first went to Matt with O.A.k Strength Academy, I had just gotten out of shoulder surgery. I was only able to lift my arm up in front of me, up to my chest was the Max I could go; I was unable to do any type of lifting or pushing or pulling that was the reason I went to Matt to get my full strength back and more mobility.
