We've had some issues receiving record forms from other places. We had the necessities but were missing some from new born to 2 years due to other states, us traveling and their complication issues. They told me it's PA policy that they can't see my child unless they get those earlier record forms from the other states. I ended up changing to another pediatrician and they told me that there is no such thing, that they don't need everything from new born records to see my child.
