I have been registered with Oak street Medical Practice for over 20 years now. The treatment I’ve had recently has been brilliant. I’ve found the staff to be really friendly & supportive. Especially Annie, Beth & Dr. Hill. Thank you.
Receptionist on today at 2pm had such a terrible attitude for no reason at all, shaking her head at my responses speaking to me like dirt just to book my daughter in. Some are lovely and doctors and consultants are nice but everytime I experience this woman its the same foul mouth. Hope she gets looked into. Awful woman to be working with the public..
I recently joined this clinic as a patient. My old clinic was so busy and i could never get an appointment. Managed to get an appointment and was seen within 2 weeks, GP i saw was great, he checked it over (all fine) and also talked me through some of the previous issues I'd had when trying to get seen by my old practice and reviewed my medical history. Great practice, seems very well run.
What the hell group team pick up phone. is really bad group team service..... Before much better than from now can't speak to a reception anymore group team pick up phone is crap
