Why is it my job to make sure you have the correct fax number for referrals? Do you not call and make sure the fax has gone to the doctor, or call the doctor and make sure you have the correct fax number? Two of the places have no information of referrals being sent. I have to get the correct fax numbers, call you back with this information and continue to wait. I called yesterday to get an x ray and lab work done for my friend whose brother is coming from out of town for her appt. We wanted to get these things done before hand so the doctor could have more information for him. They said they would call me back within one day. They called my friend instead and left a message. She never answers her phone. Overall, I gave them a 5 star because I did not have to wait months to see a medical person (only 10 days). Also, I really like and respect Cindy Callisto, NP (she just got her PhD last fall). She truly LISTENS and we worked together to formulate my health plan. The people there work as a team (what a concept). Thank you Oak Street Health...
