Constantly canceling my appointments. Going to a different provider! Nasty front desk personnel.
I had some blood tests done. My nurse practitioner took the time needed to thoroughly explain the results. Greatly appreciated.
If I could give this location a zero star I would they don’t even deserve the one star!! My husband was recently seen there by Stacy Ali, NP and requested referrals for seizures to a neurologist, and she had the audacity to refer him to a neurologist for something we never once spoke about and was very unprofessional during our visit As she continuously laughed and smirked at my husband as he is asking for help. I shouldn't have to get mad to be heard about my medical issues. I requested a patient advocate be there today and got nothing except for finding myself in the same position of not wanting to return because I'm not being taken serious on my health concerns. Thanks again.
