The best experience at a Dr office in decades. Staff and Nurse Practitioner actually listened and didn’t dismiss my concerns. This is the way medicine should be!
From the very beginning with Oak Street health and really felt like I mattered. Unfortunately, it seems that I have so many things going wrong at the same time There isn’t enough time to deal with all of my issues and I’m sorry about that but these guys and girls are great. It’s just I’m getting too old and my body is falling apart. But they try the best they can I’m sure sincerely
Oak Street health has a wonderful care team and they are very caring and supportive I really appreciate the doctor's and nurses
I don't like oak st health I will be looking for another place to go to I been taking lorazepam for a long time Wendell Taylor first cut me down to 1mg once a day I got a bad nerve problem he don't understand if I take any test at that place they don't call me to let me know the results of the test all they think about is giving someone a crazy test they change my medicine around it eighter make me sick or it makes my legs weak.i have a appointment there Tuesday but I want be there all they keep saying is we are cutting you ... read more
I'm not happy with Oak Street health clinic and would not recommend anyone else to go there , I take severe anxiety attacks and have been taking dizapam for years to help control them , I got a new NP and today was the 2nd time I have seen her and she took me off of them by cutting me down by giving me 2 mg twice a day when I was on the 5g 3 times a day , she didn't tell me that she was cutting them down that low when that is not going to help with my anxiety, she wants me to take busPirone when I told her that they make me ... read more
