Friendly staff! Great service!
I signed up with a representative at my gym and visited Oak Street Health (291 & 23rd St, Independence MO) looking at the possibility of changing to primary care closer to home. After the visit I decided not to sign up with them. Today I received a bill from them for a balance due after insurance was billed. At no time was it explained to me they would bill insurance for the visit. I would not recommend visiting Oak Street Health to preview their facility and services offered, unless you intend to sign on. Guess I was naive ... read more

Not a good experience No communication among staff, has a call center that’s always confused. Not satisfied at all with the place in general. The only thing I found that was right is the doctor acted concerned…
