The consultation was amazing. I love the whole setup. Everyone did a good job of letting me know what to expect. I think as we grow together it'll be amazing!
Stephanie(the boss) at this location doesn't care about my health. She should be fired and be retrained .They could never, ever get me an appointment less then 2 months away. They won't give me my last refill of high blood pressure medicine which I need to avoid a stroke or heart attack. They now say I'm not a customer(notice I didn't say patient( Please go anywhere but this location and you will get better service.
I have concerns about communication and care coordination between providers. A GI nurse practitioner reviewed my symptoms and advised me to restart Mounjaro at 5 mg. When I shared this plan with my care team at Oak Street Health, the nurse recommended reducing the dose to 2.5 mg because of stomach issues, which conflicted with my GI provider’s advice.
