Very impressed with staff, care provided and facility!
I'm pretty sure if I had Continue to take My aunt here she would be dead. After 2 visits for routine check ups, she was told her bp was 190/100. The practioner would precede to go to another subject instead of addressing the bp. I had to intervene. My aunt had gone years without a mammogram or colonoscopy. Once I changed her to another physician he immediately addressed the bp, mammogram, colonoscopy and other issues. Today her bp is normal and she has seen all other physicians referred to her. My husband and I are so glad we switched to Oak Street. The entire staff is always welcoming and helpful. Dr. Onuigbo is awesome. She is always attentive and does an excellent job of going over lab results and following up on questions or concerns. Having a great assistant taking notes while the doctor focuses on your health is an added plus.
I switched myself and my mother to this facility after becoming dissatisfied with jencare. From the first appointment I was overwhelmed by the thoroughness of both of our doctor's. My mother had a complete work up by December's end and her doctor discussed eliminating some medications that were clearly redundant.
