Erin Ivatts, is the WORST person to work in the medical field. She berated my cousin, told her she was unprofessional sitting there all day. My cousin had an appointment there, she was yelling at her and pointing her finger in her face. Erin Ivatts, needs to be fired for being unprofessional, yelling and pointing fingers in a patience face!! If I could give negative stars, she would get negative 100!!!!!! Oak Street Health on Broad Street needs to get better employees!!!!
Erin is very UNPROFESSIONAL! It is unfortuante that someone cannot advocate for themselves. Instead, Erin raised her voice, berated and spoke to her patient with the utmost disrespect. She will NOT speak to my family like that and me not say anything. When I spoke up, she raised her voice at me. NEVER in my life have I witnessed such nastiness, ignorance and disregard for a person who is just trying to feel better. Very sad!
Good experience for me. Everyone is kind and polite and professional . I felt very relaxed with everyone that waited on me.
