I hastily left a 1 star rating a few days ago before giving the staff a chance to resolve the issue, I was very upset over the weekend thinking I was left to figure out the situation on my own ‘since my doctor abruptly retired’ along with abandoned I called back on Monday and explained my urgent circumstances to the current staff, ‘Liz Stob and company, they immediately got involved and helped to correct the problem, the professionalism and urgency they showed really made me realize I’m at the right place for my medical need... read more
Very good place thay lisen and give you good care. I was helped.
My experience was a very pleasant one. The woman at the desk when I first came in took all my information, including insurance cards. My next stop was with Erica, who explained Oak Street Heath's history and how they intended to do to treat my health needs. I then went to meet with a Nursing Assistant who showed me around the facility and then we talked about my health issues. She took my vitals, including my weight, blood pressure, etc. Next, I meet with my Primary Physician, Jeanette and we talked more about my health conc... read more
