I give ,3 stars because I do not like the online call center. They do not know what their doing. I like oak Street health but the call center needs to go so I can talk to my specific care team. They have repeatedly failed to relate my messages so I can get an order sent. My doctor there referred me to get an MRI and I'm still waiting to get the order faxed over to the hospital so I can get an appointment. I think the call center is the broken link between me and my doctor, who I do like.im thinking of leaving if I can't get ... read more
The providers at this clinic are wonderful. However, the business end is lacking. You cannot schedule an appointment further out than 4 weeks. You have no patient portal. You have to call an out of the area call center to reach the practice. Follow-up times are too long.
I hastily left a 1 star rating a few days ago before giving the staff a chance to resolve the issue, I was very upset over the weekend thinking I was left to figure out the situation on my own ‘since my doctor abruptly retired’ along with abandoned I called back on Monday and explained my urgent circumstances to the current staff, ‘Liz Stob and company, they immediately got involved and helped to correct the problem, the professionalism and urgency they showed really made me realize I’m at the right place for my medical need... read more
