One can experience hard times when aging. Oak Street has helped to find services and to give focus in troubled times.
Nurse practitioners are spread too thin! Always in a rush. Getting proper care suffers due to this! Lack of communication between providers and patients! Was told patients could get same/next day appointments for issues that needed prompt attention. Never happened! Was at least 3 days out. Avoid this clinic unless you enjoy being treated like a number instead of a patient!
I love going to the doctor now. Everyone from the Receptionist, the lab techs and Weissman appear to be genuinely concerned about my health. I use to hate going to the doctor. It in and out 15 minutes then outta sight outta mind. I'm listened to now, and follow up care happens every time I have a medical concern
