Dr. Kaufman always listens to my health concerns and then we discuss ways to remedy issues . Staff is friendly and professional. I like the clinic and I'm glad I found it.
I visited Oak Street Health several times and was generally satisfied with their care. However, they were unable to give me access to a physician. I have since found a primary care doctor and no longer use Oak Street Health.
