Called the call center asking if they used EPIC mychart or a different system regarding their patient summary after visit and after care. Just a generalized question without needing to give personal information. The representative KAYLA couldn’t comprehend such a simple and easy task. Whether the providers updated mychart, or handed a hard copy of the visit summary for the patients, she had no idea and kept insisting I needed to give my family members personal information. Friendly atmosphere from the Reception staff. Every one I met with was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. Nicole is the best! The NPA I met with was patient, and informative. She took her time to explain in detail my next steps & left me with no questions to ask. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I don't know what took me so long
They need to be better prepared to give call backs..I spent alot of time waiting for a callback and had to repeatedly call back, also doctor is never available to talk to you, only can give message thru their help team
