I have one complaint I was prescribed a medication and I couldn't afford it and when I called to ask my doctor to give me a generic I could afford I never got called back I called 3 times

Called the call center asking if they used EPIC mychart or a different system regarding their patient summary after visit and after care. Just a generalized question without needing to give personal information. The representative KAYLA couldn’t comprehend such a simple and easy task. Whether the providers updated mychart, or handed a hard copy of the visit summary for the patients, she had no idea and kept insisting I needed to give my family members personal information.
