Support staff go above and beyond in taking care of all people. They are very wonderful. Regina Decina is NOT on my top anything list. NOT a good health care provider at all, as far as I'm concerned.

Over the past four to five months, my aunt — a retired spouse of a United States veteran — has experienced repeated appointment cancellations with this Dr., often without any prior notice or meaningful communication. Each cancellation has been abrupt, with no courtesy call or explanation. When I attempted to follow up, I was initially told that I lacked sufficient information to receive an update. A friend went over there and I checked on her at home she was ready to pass out. She told me she has not been able at Oak Creek to get a specialist to help her and they didn't order her one nor was she able to get the medicine that she needed for her critical problem. All they did was keep giving her blood test. After she told me what her problem was I put her in the car and took her to a place that had real doctors.
