So far I have been very satisfied with my care at Oak Street. NP Spronk has been awesome. Very through in explaining my test results. Had a cognitive test last visit, I did not get the young lady's name, but she put me at ease, since I am not comfortable with the new technology. Facility is always clean and staff pleasant.
Staff is mostly wonderful, however we had a problem with the "Nurse" my Mother was assigned and after that at her last appointment they did not schedule another. My Mother suffers from Dementia diagnosed and other mental issues. We asked for a referral to a neurologists over six months ago. My take is they're kinda like John Moore Plumbing, well trained for social interaction and to perpetuate the con. I would not recommend Oak Street Health.
I found them to be professional and courteous. They keep a close eye in your health. I also receive regular emails on health issues and can be done for them.
