Hard to get an actual appointment
This company will use your information with out your permission and lie about not messing with it my grandpa switched doctors and they're moving all his information back to they're office with out permission I would not recommend this office i dont know if what they're doing is illegal but its very sketchy
May 2025. I do not recommend voicing, even under your breath, an unflattering viewpoint if office staff is off point. You are likely to be dismissed as a patient. If that is management's reaction, be assured that there are lots of senior care options in Fort Worth. It should not be this stressful for a 69 year old to get in to see a doctor! As of 4:45p today, 10/22/24, I'm told that there are no licensed physicians taking new patients at Fort Worth Oak Street Health Nothside locations, only nurse practitioners.
