You need insurance. Clinic will not accept patients that pay cash! That is terrible.
Well, after I retired, I wanted a doctor closer to home. So, I checked out Oak Street Health on SE 15th in Midwrst City. They were all attentive and polite and felt very comfortable. Well, February 27th, I had an awkward fall. I hit my head, laying in my own blood on the kitchen floor, knocked out. Went to Oak Street for treatment. Exray showed broken bones around my eye and across my nose, blood in my eye. They said the shoulder was probably a pulled muscle. They prescribed Hydrocodone only 15 pills. Asked a simple question and the women hung up on me!!! So rude! I’ve been having a hard time finding a pcp as it is and all she had to tell me was that y’all didn’t take my insurance but instead she wanted to be rude talk over me and hang up. I called back just to let her know I’m making a bad review but she didn’t want to let me talk then either. Her behavior was ridiculous.
