Wanted to give a shout out to Katherine Gonzalez for seeing my dad. He said she was patient, understanding, and listened to what he had going on. Warms my heart that Oak Street has such a great doctor to put a little pep in my dad's step!
I would advise anyone thinking about using Oak Street Health not to this place is a joke. You cannot get an appointment they will book you out 2 -3 months for an appointment and if your in dire need to see your physician they will tell you that a nurse had to call you back before they can book you an appointment sooner. Then you'll wait for a call back and no one will call you back they put you through all that just for an appointment sooner than 2 --3 months meanwhile your so sick you can't left your head up and having to l... read more
Glad to see all the positive reviews. That was not my experience. Three trips and never saw a Doctor even though I had just came Out of hospital.
Dr. Philip and the whole staff treat you right and are very professional. (Edit.) Dr. Philip is no longer there but Nathan Yeh PA has been very professional and seems genuinely caring of your health situation.
In all my adult life I have never visited any medical office that has ever shown more care, concern,or attention to my health and well-being. Nor have I ever experienced the concern from a Dr or PA as I have with Oak Street in Mesquite. Nobody calls their patients at home with the exception of Oak Street Health I am still just blown away everytime that happens.
