Horrible people and bad doctors. It has now been almost month and so far with no call from my prescribed doctor Emma, David the manager or Lindsay the therapist who are unwilling to refill for my prescription medication. You can't do that, that should be illegal especially with not giving me my medication. I never had such a horrid experience with any doctor, therapist or manager especially after almost a month of no call, or a written letter in my mailbox, nothing! How can you treat a patient like this?

I am overwhelmed how the doctors, nurses and the complete staff, are so friendly, professional, caring and listen to whatever you say. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Oak Street Health.
