Well I feel that OAK STREET HEALTH DOES NOT HAVE IT TOGETHER! IVE BEEN OUT OF MY TRULICTY FOR 8 DAYS GET LITS OF BAD SIDE EFFECTS AND 1 IF THE NURSES HERE WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE CARE OF CALLING IT IN AND ITS NOT BEEN CALLED IN
This place is a whole joke! Every since my dad transferred here for the convenience of it being closer to his home, it's been a mess. Referrals go missing, front desk is party central, and when you try to get something fixed that should've already been taken care of, it takes forever. This is mad frustrating.
