I am not happy! I was given Phentermine on June 4. My BP dropped so I discontinued after 3 doses. I reported the drop twice (92/56) and have not received a reply at all. Since then my BP has persisted being low. I did google this med and it is Not recommended for anyone with heart disease. I am in early heart failure and have a pacemaker (Sick Sinus Syndrone.) So, where do I go from here?!
They are ALWAYS running behind! Appointments that should take 15 to 30 minutes are taking an hour and longer. One visit I was there 2 and a half hours! My nurse isn't friendly and always has an attitude. No paperwork when the computers are down. Don't like the call center. Also I needed a referral for neurologist and when I called they gave me my old psychiatrist's information!! I said neurologist NOT psychiatrist! 2 out of 4 doctors I have seen that I like and feel like they actually cared. Sherri is the best!
Nice people and care about your health,on top of it all the time.No complaints from me .Switched from my Doctor that retired ,better service and care here.
The people there are nice,but, they always want to send me to a specialist instead of treating me.
Im very thankful that I changed to Oakstreet Health. The Dr's office I just left from was tellng me that my blood work was normal but the had went three months without checking my blood work. When Oakstreet health had checked my blood work, They had called a couple of days later to give me the results of my blood work. All the staff and my doctor are very polite and used to dealing with someone my age. My new doctor is so sweet understanding
