Since Oak Street Health was bought out by CVS, it has gone down hill! Pitiful service!
I love the doctor envolvement his attentiveness. The start of a plan for my wellness.
If i could rate them a zero I would. I work for a group home and some of our residents are seen here. This office has lost important documents that were dropped off to be filled out by the doctor. It took a week just to get them to say they lost the paper work and we had to bring new ones up there. Then once they got them the second time it took 4 more days to get them back. Ive called to get refill prescriptions and they say it could take 24 hours to send to the pharmacy when you tell them you are completely out. So I waite... read more
Staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome but they are way too busy to take the time to really listen. I repeatedly mentioned the flourescent lighting making it uncomfortable yet they still handed me a tablet to do cognitive testing which added to the blue light problem. The test was unfair and inaccurate due to eye strain but they didn't care. They should, at least, tell you to bring your glasses if you wear them for computer use as I DO!
