Staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome but they are way too busy to take the time to really listen. I repeatedly mentioned the flourescent lighting making it uncomfortable yet they still handed me a tablet to do cognitive testing which added to the blue light problem. The test was unfair and inaccurate due to eye strain but they didn't care. They should, at least, tell you to bring your glasses if you wear them for computer use as I DO! I was also supposed to get a new prescription yet when I went to pick it up fr... read more

Very disappointed in the service I received. Lab technician was rude and disrespectful. Dr. Daniel was excellent. I met a former doctor who told me he left because they were more interested in pleasing the insurance companies than taking care of the patients.
Oak street health put their door hangers up at a property that specifically posts NO SOLICITING.
Good care team if you're there in person. Unbelievably unorganized if you're trying to handle anything over the phone like a change in prescription or referral. Owned by CVS.
