My wait time was close to an hour. Then, when I saw a nurse practitioner, while I was being examined, I was told what I knew already, and talked down to. Then, I was sent to get labs done. This was around 2:00 in the afternoon. A lipid panel was ordered which I wasn’t told about, and I know one must not have eaten for at least 6 hours prior. I also expressed concern over my thyroid as I have hypothyroidism. It took 3 weeks to get the lab results and that was only when I went to request them after being unable to get results ... read more
