Friendly staff. Been with Oak Street Health (Summit Avenue) Greensboro since it opened. Very professional and attentive to my medical needs, as it contributes to my health needs. I like that I can decide, too, what my medicals wants and needs require. I like the transportation service, too.
I was having to look for a Doctor since I was a patient at One Senior Medical and I had been informed very suddenly that they were closing and I would have to join another practice. I am one of the blessed to be a healthy woman who still runs my Global company, and works 6 days a week! I only need to have bloodwork done once a year, and I have no health issues. It's very easy for me to get an appointment and they make necessary appointments for me to see specialist's, to call and get refills, staff is very friendly, I even recommended it to my sister's.
This is the most unprofessional practice I have ever encountered. If I could give this practice a negative I would. They do not return your phone calls. My mother was there on April 17. It is now May 8 and they have yet to return her phone call. My mother is now in the emergency room in pain unable to move and this doctors office has yet to return her phone call. I would not recommend this practice to my dog because they are so unprofessional.
