The service I receive from, Oakstreet Healthcare, is excellent. They’re friendly, helpful, and very attentive to your questions, concerns, and help. I would recommend them to everyone, that needs care.
This place lost me as a customer and patent. In last appiintment I asked Dr Homira for help with red eye as I dont see my eye doctor for several months. She agreed to help then lied about the prescription. Then also lied about taking my INR. So basically nothing I asked for was done. I made multiple complaints to the practise manager. No response. Which they demonstrated how unproffesional they are. Same its like that in the my own black neighborhood.
