Lousy office. Had a leg clot / bruise and went to OAK ST HEALTH in Elgin. Dr. told me to get emergency ct scan. Dr & Oak St Health never called me back. Lousy medical service. Maybe bc we speak English and no Spanish .

This place is 5 minutes from my house. I called today to ask to get a simple 5-minute procedure called dry needling. They said first I'd have to make an appointment. They said that first appointment will take about 90 minutes. Then I have to make another appointment to perhaps get treatment. I'll pass.
