Absolutely terrible experience. My father got an important test done weeks ago and they refuse to share the results. Unorganized, unprofessional, terrible clinic.
I would not recommend my Dogs (who I love very much) to see a doctor at any Oak Street Health, locations particularly the Elgin location. The primary care doctors and entire staff are incompetent and could care less about a senior health. All of their phony commercials and advertising should be banned and protested against. Oak Street Health sickens me! They are pathetic and should be investigated by Illinois Department of Health!

Great staff… front desk, CMAs, lab techs - all are kind , bilingual and upbeat. The physicians and nurse practitioners as well!
