The folks at my actual doctors office from the front door to the back door are the most awesome people I have ever had the opportunity to meet. They get a 10 STAR rating!!!!!!!!!!!. However, the people at the call center are terrible they get a negative 5.
From the moment I made an appointment to walking out the door everyone was as kind as they could be. The staff is excellent. They are extremely structured. Answered any and all of my questions. Everyone had a smile on their face. They interact with their patients. The facility looks brand new. It’s extremely clean. At some point, I literally thought I was on another planet. If you want to go to a place that will listen to you and really listen to you. Not talk to you but listen to you. It's 80% of the visit, If you want the other 20% is what you do with that information
They always go out of there way to help you. If they don't know they will find someone who does.
I had a great experiece at Oak Street Health. The entire staff wss very caring and made me feel that they cared about me and being sure I get the best care possible.
