I had no preconceived views or concerns But on my first visit I was pleasantly surprised by the overall layout I found all the personnel encountered being genuinely professional and pleasant Initially I was attracted by their service to the elderly, location and reviews I recommend Oak Street Health and you will be doing yourself a favor by selecting Oak Street Health as your client centered service
I have never been talk to by anyone since I have been a patient here.today from Nikki Steven that claim to be a manager I never seen her in the office I been going here for Five years. She was rude and disrespectful to me and told me she was going to hang up on me and did. I feel uncomfortable for someone like this to be caring for my health needs and trusting them with my health over all.
The service is poor....I was told that someone would call me and no one ever did...I was given the run a round. I guess it's a money thing when you are on Medicare...
