I attend Oak Street Health . I love my Doctor there she wonderful she explains my medical problem and sometimes the reason why if possible and the medication thats I need to help , my doctor is wonderful and staff so nice kind they no how to talk to senior officersCoffee if you it. Folks try them no ride Transportation there and back. Wonderful best Doctors and Staff ever .
My elderly aunt waited for the pickup ride from oak Street for "2 hours" for them to finally tell her that they had no to rides today. It seems to me that they should have called her and let her know. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and warrants investigation into making this right and not repeating this for other elderly patients. She was so upset and distraught.
It was different unique for doctors office I did enjoy the experience looking forward to next appointments was surprised at procedure for seeing an actual Doctor
