Takes too long to get to the root problem and finally deal with reason for seeing doctor in the first place.
Very poor customer service. They promise to call you back but never do. At my previous doctor I had my prescription filled from Canada because it was $800 less than CVS. Oak Street would not send my prescription to Canada pharmacy. It was very simple process to send the prescription. When I did research on Oak Street I found out they are owned by CVS. THAT IS JUST WRONG. Do not be fooled by their advertising. They don't care about patients just running up the bill. Receptionist is very rude.
