The first visit was awesome, the second visit was rushed and now im here today for physical. Doctor aint done nothing. Didn't have to dis robe. He listen to my heart and left me without telling me nothing. The guy had to tell me to hang out here for a minute. They dont do follow ups. Im so disappointed that I changed doctors and for what. Disappointment. Staff is always polite
I always enjoy my visits to Oak Street.They brighten my name.The facility is beautiful and clean.They always have activities that you can participate in.As a guess and as a customer, I really love that they can let you have coffee or something to drink.Also , when you get there , very enjoyable visit!
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Please go elsewhere to a health care facility that will truly care about your health. The staff doesn't follow up as they stated they would. The doctor reduces and removes medications that you have been on for years. Please go elsewhere to a facility with staff who truly cares. I have sent the CEO a email so hopefully things will get better for those who are still receiving care. They have such a high turnover. Horrible, Horrible experience.
