First of all, I had to cancel my appointment since Aetna, cancelled my ride there, due to the fact that they still hadn't received the letter stating my chronic conditions, which entitles me to receive transportation benefits. I had been asking for this letter for a few months. I've missed quite a few medical appointments for this reason. And now I'm told that they will no longer be in the Aetna network. Today was my first visit and it went magnificent didn't have any problems didn't stay longer than an hour and 15 minutes I know I will be back. I want to thank all the staff for giving me so much attention.
