They horrible they rude my appointment 2:30 pm I been call to 3:15 I sit waiting for hours . I go up front ask the receptionist did she check me in . It had lady laying on the floor . They staff and others was helping her . . But forgot about me and my appointment I was there way before that happen . So I don't like there altitude at that place u talk to them they was rude ass hell....!!!!!!!!!!
These people are HORRIBLE.! My 90 plus year old relative has been scheduled MULTIPLE times and theyve cancelled each time. He is getting up so early in the morning thinking the van will come and after calling the hotline, only THEN will you get the excuses of why they wont be there. This is so unacceptable. Their power was out and we got rescheduled. They called ME to confirm. Just to not show up. Shame on you!

It was my surprise of the month. I was very impressed with all the information given to me and it was totally different than what I was told. Ten stars every one was very professional and courteous I could not have asked for more. Keep the good work up. Thanks so much for showing me around and understanding my personal needs.
