Hey everybody. My experience was wonderful. They knew my name. Clean facility. Great coffee. Felt comfortable and like I was home. Staff helped me feel welcome. Provider very professional. Answered all my questions. Really listened. Explained lab results even I could understand. I tell everyone how great I feel. This was a great decision.
My visit to Oak Street Clinic far exceeded my expectations!! I went to see my PCP who had changed practices. Every single member of the staff was kind, professional and absolutely wonderful. I will definitely return and continue with my PCP. I had the best possible experience.
I would be lost without Oak St. Having ALL my providers under one roof has been beneficial . It keeps everyone involved on the same page. The staff continues to encourage me to keep up with my healthcare, helping me understand every step of the way!!
