I have visited this office over a dozen times in the last year, and every time I had to wait in the waiting room (not the exam room) for over an hour (regardless of what time of day my appointment was). Heidi seems fairly knowledgeable, but not enough to keep me coming. My last appointment (at 9:00 a.m.) I had to wait 2 hours before making it into the exam room, and received no apology or explanation for waiting so long with two young children.
