My visit was very nice and thorough. The staff is pleasant and fast to get you in the room. The gentlemen checked all records and then sent me back for blood work. Very comfortable with my care . Thank you!
Call takers are horrible. Take for ever to answer back and when I had my surgery the hospital called and they would not transfer them to my nurse practitioner to get my information needed for my surgery.
Everyone on staff seems very nice. However, I am thinking of changing providers because you cannot contact the local office without jumping through hoops with their call center. I want to be able to call my doctor's office and reach the office staff directly. So far, every attempt I've made to get through to the Belmont Ave office directly has been unsuccessful.
