FALSE ADVERTISE. Annette targeted my very bad under eye circles, then told me I could completely get rid of them in one sitting with an extra $100+ Service. Which I paid for. It did NOT do what she said, and she refused to offer a refund when there were clearly no results. She promises great results if you buy extra services but NO results and no refunds. Not going back.
BEWARE, CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. Bought the Groupon and that’s all I was planning on spending, but the woman practically insisted that I had to buy more. Said it would be “pointless” if I didn’t. Uhhh REALLY? Then why did you offer the Groupon? She was aggressive and rude about it, wanted me to spend a ton more money before I could leave. Super high pressure, super unprofessional. No thank you! Groupon did refund my money.
Just moved here and bought the Groupon, was hoping to find a place as good as my spa in CA. Nothing even close! I never write reviews, but this place is a poor excuse for a “Med spa” and the woman was so rude I almost left. Never going back, don’t waste your money.
Place looks nothing like a spa, it’s very outdated. You’d think they could make it a little nicer with the prices they charge. I had a Groupon and I guess you get what you pay for.
