I’ve lived at Oak St apartments for over 10 yrs now and, overall, it’s a great place to live. The Property Mgr, Asst Mgr and Maintenance crew have all been very responsive and very nice 😁 Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. I have nice neighbors and it feels like ‘most’ of us kind of look out for each other. I would definitely recommend 😊

Just moved here a little over a month ago, and I really like it here. It has everything I need, the leasing/maintenance team are responsive and respectful. Don’t have any complaints.
companies be aware of this building apartments when someone hired you to do any type of job for tenants, your van it’ll be towed, doesn’t matter if your van have all information, like contact number. I was hired to assembly furniture for a woman who’s living there, she paid $200 to assembly furniture, and paid $381 because my van was towed.
